Field Agents

These are sales representatives or agents who move around various
locations to generate retail leads and activate shop owners

Your duties are to effectively register, onboard, deploy and manage shop owners and agents for Green Orchid to drive product sales and distribution.

Job description

  • Educate potential customers (shop owners, retail stores,
    local meat shops, and
    consumers) about Green orchid products.
  • Generate leads and get them to sign up as a shop partner
  • Encourage activated shops to purchase a
    variety of meat products
  • Manage activated accounts simultaneously
  • Maintain records of all activated leads and customers
  • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect
    interactions
  • Educate customers on how the products can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Meet and exceed sales target
  • Contribute to Green orchid business growth

Requirement and qualification

  • At least a high school diploma.
  • Must be based in Lagos
  • Sale experience is a plus.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Competitive attitude.
  • Conversation and interpersonal skills.
  • Sharp sales chop.
  • Ability to work independently.
